Where is the wine from The Danati Collection grown and raised?

Our growers are located in Lodi, California which is located in northern California. Lodi, California is, known for California’s leading varietals including Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Where is my order shipping from?

Currently, all orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Northern California.

Where do you currently ship wine?

We ship everywhere but the following states: AL, AZ, DE, IA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MS, ND, NH, NV, NY, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, UT, VA. We are working on obtaining permits for these states and will provide an update when they are obtained.

How is my order being shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS for our wines and USPS for our candles. Once your tracking number is received, you can use tracking to remain up to date on the status of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We estimate 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, although most packages may be processed sooner.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes, someone 21 years old or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol.

What if I want to cancel an order?

We're unable to cancel orders placed in error at any point during order processing and fulfillment.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where can I buy your wines?

Our wine is currently being sold online only.

I own or work at a retail store, restaurant or wine bar that wants to sell wine from The Danati Collection. How do I go about doing this?

We currently do not sell in stores, restaurants or wine bars, however we will soon. Therefore, contact us at email@thedanaticollection.com to get more information and updates.

Do you sell your products internationally?

Unfortunately, The Danati Collection products are currently only available for purchase and shipment in the United States.

Do you ship to multiple destinations?

Unfortunately, at this time orders cannot be split and shipped to multiple destinations.
